Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home.

Please give us a heads up if you are planning to use the garage. Sometimes we store things in there, so we just need a heads up to make sure it's clear for you :).

Additional notes

- We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site.

- We are not responsible for items left behind.

-We supply enough toilet paper and paper towel for a short term stay. Guests are responsible for any extra toiletries after what has been provided*

-The basement is unfinished. Guests have access to it, but be aware it is an unfinished Michigan basement. It's not meant to have guests spend much time in. The rest of the house is pretty though :).
