- - - House rules (or how to get a 5 Star rating from us!) We like to keep it simple for you and us. Please be respectful to the house. If you break something or find something broken, please let us know. Things happen and we get that. Be respectful to the neighbors, no loud music or parties. Holding a party or unauthorized get together can resort in cancellation of your booking without refund. This is a family neighborhood and we just want to be mindful of that. Follow all the check-out details and most importantly enjoy your stay. Check-out time is 10AM on the day you leave. We will generally show up to start cleaning around 10:15 AM so if you need extra time, please let us know ahead of time. Our cleaners have a very tight schedule to get to all of the properties daily, so if you need more time they need to know in advance. We offer a late checkout option to stay until noon for $40, which gives you until Noon to checkout. Just ask about it and we can add it to the cost of your stay. This is a fee we split with our cleaning staff to compensate them for the great job they do!

The one thing we are very strict on is (Website hidden by Airbnb) SMOKING! Our guests come from all over the world and some have very particular conditions that smoking can cause issues with. If there is evidence of smoking of ANY KIND in the house we will enforce a $200 fine for breaking this particular house rule. It's not something we want to do! So, please if you have to smoke, do so outside! Please discard your butts in a trash bag and put in the trash please. No one wants a yard littered with cigarette butts.

CHECKOUT: please gather any dirty or used linens and throw them in the wash. starting that first load really gives us a heads up on our day. if, for whatever reason you cannot, please place them in a pile. check under beds for any personal items. If something is left and it has to be mailed, you will pay the shipping costs. Please wash dirty dishes and just place them in the drying rack. Trash bins are located in the driveway on your way out! We really want to make our place a home away from home and a place we hope you return to on your next stay. So, let us know what you think and what we can do better. Thank you and enjoy your stay!

The space

This is a newly updated 4 bedroom home in Lansing. You open the door to the living room to your left and stairs ahead of you. The main level living space comes with the a 55" Roku SmartTV and wireless internet. The kitchen, small dining area, full bathroom and both bunk bedrooms are located on the main floor. Upstairs has a half bath and two bedrooms with queen sized beds. The basement has a card table and board/kids games, two futons and a projector screen w/Xbox1. It has a deck in the back.

Additional notes

-SECURITY CAMERAS ON SIGHT! We do this for several reasons, and is required by our neighborhood watch.
-trash day is on monday. the brown bins are for trash, green is recycling. please do not put trash in the recycling bin. we all wanna do our part to be eco friendly :)

Guest interaction

We don't like to be too nosy, so we have a keypad setup for check in and check out. If you need to get a hold of us, do it through the AirBnB app. Should that not work we live in the area, so we are always around to help if needed.

This home is located right in the heart of Lansing. It is ten minutes from MSU, and less than that from Old Town and the Capitol Building.

Getting around

Uber/Lyft are available in the area, and you are still within walking distance of many attractions.
