Welcome to Lansing Layover #9! We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some! With this apartment building we're trying to take an old building and give it a new feel. Located in a seasoned industrial pocket of Lansing, a 10-15 minute drive from downtown Lansing and MSU, this unit is located on the garden level and has been updated to reflect an industrial, modern design. House Rules

We don't have a lot of rules, but we do ask that you follow the few we have. No smoking in the apartment is an absolute must. Wee host a lot of guests that are effected negatively by smoke. We want to do everything we can to make their stay more comfortable. There is space that can be used to smoke outside of the building. If there is evidence of smoking inside the apartment a $200 charge will be issued to the guest.

The space
There are fifteen parking spaces for the building. They are located in the rear and side (5 spots) of the building. You can park in any spot you'd like :). Unit #9 is located on the third floor of the building. After parking, enter through the rear of the building. Then unit #9 is located on the third floor.

This is an older eleven unit apartment building located in an industrial area of Lansing. With an older building like ours comes older building things like thinner walls and a creaking pipe from time to time. Most people have no issue with this. Some even prefer the old charm. But, understandably some do not. If you are someone that is sensitive to these type of things this may not be the building for you (though we hope it is). We try to have something for everyone! This urban area of Lansing mostly consisting of apartment buildings and the main attraction, the Capital City Lansing Airport. We are a quick 10-15 minute drive from everything in Lansing and East Lansing also. There are Uber and Lyft options available pretty much 24/7.
Guest access
the laundry room is free to use after 4 pm. please keep in mind other tenants do use this room as well.
Additional notes
Laundry room is available in the basement anytime after 4pm.
Extra towels and sheets available on request.
