The House:

This is a 2BR/1BA home located in a working class neighborhood in Lansing, MI. It comes with high speed internet and 3 TV's. One in the main living space and one in each bedroom.

There is a small kitchen off of the main living area. It has an apartment size fridge, an oven and microwave.

The basement is quite unfinished. The washer/dryer are located there, but the basement is not meant for more than laundry and storage.

There is a small backyard that has a fire pit and privacy fence.
