***We reserve the right to deny any bookings made by local guests. All reservations from local guests with no reviews will be cancelled or denied.*** Cancellation will be made within 24 hours of booking.*** We have a VERY strict no smoking policy. We have a lot of guests who are very sensitive to smoke and we advertise as a smoke free environment. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 charge to your account. We DO NOT WANT to do this. Smoking causes a major hassle for our cleaners who have to get a special machine to properly clean the space for the next guest.
