This is what happens when you look for inspiration while working remotely in Nashville. Our latest creation has high speed internet, two stylish work desks, a 75" TV, and is walking distance from the Lansing state capital.

House Rules
***We reserve the right to deny any bookings made by local guests. All reservations from local guests with no reviews will be cancelled or denied.***
Cancellation will be made within 24 hours of booking.***
Please take towels, sheets and pillowcases that were used and put them in the washing machine in the basement. If you don't do stairs, or are uncomfortable going down to the basement (unfinished), no worries! Just leave everything in a pile somewhere and our staff will take care of it. If you have enough time to start the wash our cleaners would be very happy :).
Wash any dishes that you used or put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
Our cleaners have a very tight schedule to get to all of the properties daily, so if you need more time they need to know in advance. We offer a late checkout option to stay until noon for $40, which gives you until Noon to checkout. Just ask about it and we can add it to the cost of your stay. This is a fee we split with our cleaning staff to compensate them for the great job they do!
The one thing we are very strict on is smoking. Our guests come from all over the world and some have very particular conditions that smoking can cause issues with. If there is evidence of smoking of ANY KIND in the house we will charge your account $200. We make a promise to people to be a smoke free listing. We want to do what we can to keep that promise. It's not something we want to do! So, please if you have to smoke, do so outside!
Please do general cleanup of the house. The less time we spend putting things back in there place, the more time we have to focus on deep cleaning the house for the next guest. For long term guests. We try to stock with all of the things you will need for up to about a week. After that we do ask that you shop locally for any items you need refilled during your stay.
Please message us when you leave and make sure both doors are locked.
Please communicate through Airbnb messaging on the app, if at all possible. This is the best way to ensure your message is received.
