Please take towels, sheets and pillowcases that were used and put them in the washing machine in the bathroom. If you have enough time to start the wash our cleaners would be very happy :).

Wash any dishes that you used or put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it.

Our cleaners have a very tight schedule to get to all of the properties daily, so if you need more time they need to know in advance. We offer a late checkout option to stay until noon for $40, which gives you until Noon to checkout. Just ask about it and we can add it to the cost of your stay. This is a fee we split with our cleaning staff to compensate them for the great job they do!

The one thing we are very strict on is smoking. Our guests come from all over the world and some have very particular conditions that smoking can cause issues with. If there is evidence of smoking of ANY KIND in the house we will charge your account $200. We make a promise to people to be a smoke free listing. We want to do what we can to keep that promise. It's not something we want to do! So, please if you have to smoke, do so outside!

Please do general cleanup of the house. The less time we spend putting things back in there place, the more time we have to focus on deep cleaning the house for the next guest. For long term guests. We try to stock with all of the things you will need for up to about a week. After that we do ask that you shop locally for any items you need refilled during your stay.

Please message us when you leave and make sure both doors are locked.
